PARK RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. Speed Limit
8 KM/H is the Speed Limit. Speeding poses a real danger to Park Residents and Guests, especially to small children in the park. Speeding will not be tolerated under any circumstances and security gates PIN's maybe cancelled.
2. Sites
All sites are to be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please ensure that the entire caravan, tent, vehicle and all annexes and guy ropes are within the boundaries of your site.
3. Check-out
All sites and on-site accommodation are to be vacated by 10.00 am and left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state. Departure after this time may result in additional fees. Additional Fees may also apply in the event of excess cleaning requirements where the site or on-site accommodation is left in an unacceptable state.
4. Damage
Any Damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear.
5. Cooking
A Camp Kitchen and Free Gas BBQ’s are available to all park residents. No cooking fat is to be poured down sinks as this will cause blocked drains. Please wrap food scraps before placing into the general waste bins
6. Amenities
A coin-operated laundry is situated at the Main Amenities Block. Children under the age of 10 years are to be accompanied to the shower or toilet by an Adult. Please be courteous of other guests and leave the amenities in a clean and tidy state.
7. Playground
A playground is located near the Camp Toilet Block. The playground is for the use of children under the age of twelve. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
8. Cars
Site fees include parking for one car or one motor cycle. Visitor’s cars must be parked at the visitors car park located near the office or outside the park on Kilsby Road.
9. Fees
All fees are payable in advance. Any additional fees and/or costs due to damages incurred during your stay which are not paid upon departure will be debited to your account / credit card.
10. Animals
Pets are allowed at the Park Owner’s sole discretion. All pets must be either confined or kept on a leash or harness at all times whilst in the park and must not be left unattended at any time. No animals are permitted to enter any park owned on-site accommodation. The Animal’s Owners must clean up after their pets and ensure that all toilet mess and feeding mess of the Animals must be immediately cleaned up and not left in any insanitary state. The Animal’s Owners must not permit their animal to cause any nuisance or bother to other park guests or residents. Additional Fees/Fines may apply if this rule is breached.
11. Noise & Behaviour
Strictly minimum noise after 10.30pm. Excessive noise and rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances. All Residents at all times, must not be involved in any acts of serious violence or any dangerous, abusive, offensive, threatening, intimidating, harassing or bullying behaviour. Any such behaviour will not be tolerated and could result in immediate eviction. Any Resident who causes damage to park property, whether it is accidentally, negligently or intentionally, is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property. Residents are responsible for the behaviour of any guests that they invite into the park and for the behaviour of any children under their care or control.
12. Gardens & Trees
We endeavour to create an attractive environment for our guests and ask you to respect the young trees and garden beds. It is forbidden for children to climb in any trees within the park, both for safety reasons and to protect the trees.
13. Guests & Visitors
Guests are responsible for their visitors whilst in the park, especially regarding noise and the parking of their cars in the correct places. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated at check-in. Additional fees may apply for excess guests not notified at check-in.
14. Long Term Residency
No person is permitted to make the Pine Country Caravan Park their principal place of residence without written permission from the Park Owner. Long Term Residents must enter into a Residential Park Site Agreement and must satisfy the Park Owner that they are of good character and at the request of the Park Owner, supply a recent National Police Certificate not less than twelve months old.
Non compliance with these rules may result in eviction from the park.
