Payments
All prices and tariffs are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all transactions are processed in AUD.
Refund Policy
If a reservation is cancelled with more than fourteen days notice prior to arrival date than a full refund will be given less a $25.00 admininstration fee. If the reservation is cancelled with fourteen days or less notice before date of arrival then NO REFUND will be given. At times of peak demand, if a reservation is amended so that the total number of days is reduced and alternate bookings have been turned away then an administration fee of $25.00 for each day the reservation is reduced will apply. NO REFUND given for early departure. NO REFUND given if you are evicted from the park. NO REFUND given after check-in.
Errors and/or Omissions
We do not guarantee that this site is free of errors and or omissions. However we do endeavour to make sure that the description of goods and/or services are accurate as well as pricing.
